Pre-Order Concept

At Peauème, most pieces are available through pre-order.

This means that your garment may already be available or carefully crafted after your order is placed.

Each piece is approached with intention, allowing time for thoughtful creation and attention to detail.

 

Availability & Production Time

Some pieces may be ready at the showroom, while others require production.

Pre-order pieces are generally prepared within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on:

• the garment
• the complexity of the design
• the number of ongoing orders

 You will always receive the most accurate timeline via email after your order is placed.

 

Showroom Experience

Peauème pieces can be experienced at our showroom.

 If you wish to:

• try a garment
• see the pieces before ordering

An appointment is required.

Once your order is ready, you may also choose to collect it directly from the showroom.

 

Order & Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

This email will include:

• the status of your piece (ready or in production)
• the estimated preparation time
• collection or delivery details

 

Delivery Option (Tunisia)

If you are unable to visit the showroom, delivery can be arranged across Tunisia.

 Shipping details and costs will be communicated after your order confirmation.
